About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead brand strategy within a collaborative cross-functional team of business partners, research, creative, legal, and compliance stakeholders
  • Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel national marketing campaigns to drive account growth, brand affinity, and customer engagement
  • Shepherd multiple marketing creative projects from brief through execution while ensuring strategic intent aligns with delivery
  • Partner across functions and with multiple stakeholders to manage project processes effectively and consistently
  • Champion the brand by ensuring product claims, imagery, cards, voice, style, and other representations align with brand personas and guidelines
  • Develop understanding of best practices across channels and programs
  • Use problem-solving and influencing skills to ensure marketing initiatives deliver on intent
  • Build presentation materials and cohesive documentation for standalone and meeting use
  • Manage, inform, and influence outcomes with key stakeholders across the company

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
  • At least 4 years of experience in brand strategy or product marketing, with experience managing channels, agency, or client side
  • At least 4 years of experience planning, executing, and analyzing marketing programs
  • At least 4 years of experience managing creative processes, partnering with creative teams, and developing creative optimization frameworks
  • Experience leading marketing and brand strategy efforts in large organizations
  • Experience with a variety of marketing channels, including digital channels, websites, and email
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and changing priorities
  • Strong prioritization, writing, presentation, communication, and partnership skills
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in marketing or business
  • Preferred: 5+ years of experience in travel or premium-brand marketing
  • Preferred: 5+ years of experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry
  • Preferred: 5+ years of experience driving optimization plans and creative strategy
  • Preferred: 5+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
