About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive Operational Excellence for Payments on the Bedrock enterprise platform
- Work closely with product and engineering leadership and tenant stakeholders across Card, Recoveries, Auto Finance, and Personal Loans
- Drive the roadmap and prioritization for Platform Observability
- Modernize Well Managed Controls Infrastructure
- Automate Reliability Engineering with AI
- Improve Quality Engineering to ensure a resilient platform
- Demonstrate proficiency in Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership product management practices
- Lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field, Business or Marketing, with the required degree obtained on or before the scheduled start date
- OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
- Must not require new employment authorization sponsorship from Capital One
