About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute large- and small-scale projects contributing to broader business initiatives
Drive projects while ensuring deliverable scope, timelines, and budgets are met
Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks and issues
Plan, design, manage, and execute project plans through feasibility, design, planning, and implementation
Apply problem-solving skills and maintain key project documentation
Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership
Build relationships with key stakeholders to deliver commitments
Identify ways to improve and streamline business processes
Establish structure and demonstrate organizational agility as demands change
Communicate and partner with stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes
Apply consulting and collaboration skills to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 5 years of Project Management experience
No employer sponsorship or immigration-related support for employment authorization
Preferred: Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA)
Preferred: 6+ years of Project Management experience
Preferred: PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification
