About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support and execute large- and small-scale projects contributing to broader business initiatives
Design, develop, and adapt project plans in a fast-paced environment, revising requirements as needed to meet shifting goals
Ensure comprehensive project documentation and governance to proactively manage risks and guarantee on-time delivery
Apply problem-solving and analytical skills to align project execution with business intent
Serve as a strategic and tactical thought partner to project partners and cross-functional teams
Build relationships and communicate with, inform, align, and influence stakeholders at all levels
Implement frameworks and organization to manage work within complex workstreams
Refine workflows, templates, and project management tools to eliminate bottlenecks and improve creative output

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 2 years of Project Management experience
Preferred: Master’s or MBA degree
Preferred: At least 5 years of Project Management experience
Preferred: At least 1 year in Brand Strategy, Marketing, or Advertising
Preferred: PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification
