About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive execution of processes and high priority projects for the Tech Reg Legal team
Provide oversight of process improvement work and collaborate with cross-functional teams on larger initiatives
Collect, analyze, and measure data to identify trends and gaps and provide actionable insights and recommendations
Understand customer process needs and drive end-to-end customer process improvements
Identify and implement process improvements supporting issue resolution and risk mitigation
Evaluate where agentic workflows can replace or augment manual process steps
Utilize generative AI to accelerate process documentation, synthesize large data sets for root cause analysis, identify hidden inefficiencies, and create standardized analysis assets such as Gems
Develop working knowledge of in-scope processes to partner on process improvement
Provide clear and timely communications, updates, and escalations to stakeholders
Manage risks across the value stream to maintain Well-Managed processes
Design, develop, manage, and document processes and project plans in a dynamic environment
Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver commitments for the Tech Reg Legal team
Provide customer service and training to internal customers on managed processes
Deliver presentations, including to executive-level audiences

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office or G Suite
At least 2 years of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management, Risk Management, or a combination
Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification (preferred)
Experience applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) prompting for process management efficiency (preferred)
1+ year of experience using Microsoft Excel or sheets (script prompting) (preferred)
