About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with CDX leaders to define business strategies
Tackle strategic questions using a consulting-style model
Lead priority strategic initiatives for CDX, such as AI transformation
Support the organization’s intelligence unit with analytics, landscape assessments, and thematic deep dives
Set the vision for long-term product innovation
Partner with engineering to deliver product prototypes
Lead strategy and product people leaders and individual contributors
Invest in team development and create a talent pipeline
Establish trusted relationships with internal and external customers and key stakeholders
Cultivate a customer-centric, mission-oriented Product culture
Role model AI adoption by inventing and spreading solutions that improve work efficiency and quality

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree
At least 4 years of experience performing quantitative analysis
At least 4 years of experience performing qualitative analysis
At least 2 years of experience performing people management
At least 2 years of experience performing project management
Exceptional strategy and strategic problem-solving skills
Strong product orientation and record of understanding customer needs
Innovation mindset and ability to set a vision
Outstanding people leadership
Exceptional relationship-building skills
Ability to establish credibility with senior leaders and colleagues across disciplines
Intellectual curiosity about leading edge technologies, organizational models, and ways of thinking
Ability to make rapid and complex decisions
Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
