About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a strategic partner and craft leader across Concierge products, including Velocity Black and agent tools, and Premium Card experiences
Shape high-level design vision without directly managing a team
Spearhead AI-driven design workflows and integrate emerging AI tools into the design practice
Lead high-impact, highly complex product design projects
Establish modern frameworks, playbooks, and rapid prototyping capabilities
Mentor teammates and elevate collective design craft through knowledge-sharing and constructive critique
Partner with research, Product, Engineering, marketing, and analytics leadership
Translate complex capabilities, data, and technical constraints into intuitive, high-value customer experiences
Shape long-term product direction, strategy, OKRs, roadmaps, and operating models
Present design work and data-backed stories to senior stakeholders
Connect teams, platforms, and lines of business to deliver cohesive end-to-end experiences

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 8 years of experience in a product design role
Strong portfolio demonstrating hands-on craft, strategic influence, technical innovation, and uplifting design capabilities
Deep expertise across interaction, visual, and service design
Experience with AI tools, automation, or generative workflows in product design and prototyping
Experience mentoring designers and scaling design practices, tools, or frameworks
Experience partnering with product managers, engineers, marketing, and analytics leaders
Experience working within a design system
Proficiency with web and mobile technologies and platforms
Expertise with design and prototyping tools such as Figma
Proficiency in business case development
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
