About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute high-volume cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and complex negotiable instrument processing
Maintain accuracy and compliance with security, audit, BSA/AML, and federal regulatory standards
Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments
Identify clients’ personal or business goals and recommend appropriate digital tools or banking solutions
Greet customers and provide hospitality throughout the branch space
Balance efficient high-volume operations with a community-focused customer experience
Support surrounding branches as needed within a 50 mile radius and occasionally assist other regional locations
Adapt to business-driven schedule adjustments
Attend required training sessions
Potentially complete a 35-minute assessment during the hiring process

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience
At least 6 months of cash handling experience
Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
Ability to attend all required training sessions, potentially outside the primary shift
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand or move for extended periods
Regular and consistent attendance
Ability to support surrounding branches within a 50 mile radius
Associate’s degree (preferred)
2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience (preferred)
Proficient in G-Suite (preferred)
Strong written and oral communication skills (preferred)
