About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Launch new features for a critical Anti-Money Laundering platform ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Partner with Data and Technology disciplines to deliver value aligned to a shared team mission and vision
- Use AI tools in daily product discovery, prototyping and delivery workflows
- Develop the product roadmap
- Play a central role in a multi-year, company-wide transformation of Enterprise Risk Management
- Demonstrate proficiency in human-centered, business-focused, technology-driven, integrated problem-solving and transformational leadership product practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field, Business or Marketing, with the required degree obtained by the scheduled start date
- Alternatively, Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products preferred
- Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position
