About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner closely with Investment Group/Investment Related Senior Managers to support Capital Group’s global investors
- Oversee investment unit coordination work and key processes
- Help ensure smooth and effective operation of investment units
- Represent the IG/IR team on technology workstreams
- Help manage the IG/IR technology roadmap
- Connect the Investment Group/Investment Related team with the broader HR function while working with HR specialist groups
- Foster collaboration and contribute to the growth and development of the IG/IR HR team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of relevant HR experience supporting leadership teams within complex organizations
- Experience partnering with and influencing multiple senior leaders and leadership teams
- Strong consultative and relationship-management skills
- Experience working across highly matrixed environments
- Skilled communicator with experience facilitating meetings for diverse audiences
- Extensive experience providing thought leadership, education, and practical tools to managers and associates
- Expertise in leading organizational change and navigating transitions
- Ability to translate insights into actions advancing business and organizational objectives
- Ability to understand business priorities and influence talent and organizational decisions
- Experience leading projects and familiarity with project life cycles
- Ability to analyze large data sets, reprioritize, strategize, tailor communication, embrace conflict, and identify critical issues
