About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead sales initiatives in the RIA channel
- Identify firm and firm representatives’ needs
- Coordinate efforts to serve identified needs
- Manage Capital Client Group presence, relationships, and business results with key RIA firms
- Deliver motivational and informative presentations
- Set goals and measure performance against them
- Collaborate with Senior Sales Force members to identify opportunities for better investor outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven track record in third-party distribution
- Broad knowledge of the mutual fund, SMA and ETF business and sales cultures
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships
- Proven track record and deep technical knowledge of portfolio construction
- Ability to leverage technologies to create custom analysis, including Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau
- Excellent communication skills
- Significant sales experience in the registered investment advisor space
- Ability to synthesize information and present it in a distilled manner
- One or more of the following designations: Series 7, 63, 66, AIF, AIFA, PPC, CIMA, and CFA
