About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead sales initiatives in the RIA channel
  • Identify firm and firm representatives’ needs
  • Coordinate efforts to serve identified needs
  • Manage Capital Client Group presence, relationships, and business results with key RIA firms
  • Deliver motivational and informative presentations
  • Set goals and measure performance against them
  • Collaborate with Senior Sales Force members to identify opportunities for better investor outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven track record in third-party distribution
  • Broad knowledge of the mutual fund, SMA and ETF business and sales cultures
  • Demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships
  • Proven track record and deep technical knowledge of portfolio construction
  • Ability to leverage technologies to create custom analysis, including Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Significant sales experience in the registered investment advisor space
  • Ability to synthesize information and present it in a distilled manner
  • One or more of the following designations: Series 7, 63, 66, AIF, AIFA, PPC, CIMA, and CFA
