About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide day-to-day service and support for Plan Premier Third-Party Administrator (PPTPA) customers
  • Respond to inquiries via inbound phone calls, emails, and online portal
  • Liaise with internal and external contacts including plan sponsors and business partners
  • Educate clients on web tools and admin features
  • Provide in-depth overview of system and product features as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Working knowledge of administration of retirement plan design, terminology, regulations, and procedures
  • Knowledge of Retirement Plan Services (RPS) operations, capabilities, and product offerings
  • ASPPA Retirement Plan Fundamentals (RPF) Certificate
  • 401(k), 401(b) Retirement Plan Knowledge
  • Industry Credentials such as QKA, QKC are a plus.
