About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the evolution of the Global Information Security strategy
- Oversee and strengthen the business’s cyber risk posture
- Lead and coordinate major cybersecurity uplift programs
- Provide first-line leadership in cyber incident management
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to embed effective, risk-aware security practices
- Serve as a senior cybersecurity leader and the primary liaison between Global Information Security and the business
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's or master's degree in law, business, technology, or a related field
- Security certifications such as CISSP are a plus
- At least 10 years of experience in cyber security
- Experience in the financial industry or technology sector
- Strong understanding of cyber security technologies and tools, including data protection strategies, encryption, and access management
- Experience working with cross-functional technology teams to implement privacy controls
- Ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
