Identify customer needs, market opportunities, and technology trends
Take responsibility for developing an inspiring product vision
Define customer experiences in the form of features and functionality
Drive the product roadmap to meet the defined vision
Measure product and business metrics to understand ongoing customer needs
Increase adoption and drive business value
Continuously test and learn to create new features and products
Lead teams to reach ambitious delivery targets and champion continuous improvement.
Prepare Go-To-Market plans with Product Marketing to communicate value created through product and process changes
Support execution of GTM plans.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience with growing responsibilities as a Product Manager or Program Manager
MBA Preferred
Understanding of how financial analysis works (e.g., cash flow analysis, valuation, fundamental research)
Demonstrated experience in cross-organizational influence to advance and complete large, complex initiatives
Track record of successful stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
Ability to drive innovation, standardization, and simplification in complex environments
Excellent communication, leadership, and people development skills.
