Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the global workplace design function within Global Real Estate
Oversee the development and governance of design principles, standards, and guidelines
Partner with various teams to align workplace designs with culture, brand expression and sustainability goals
Provide design leadership across the capital project lifecycle
Translate business requirements into effective design outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 12+ years of deep expertise in architecture, interior design, and/or workplace strategy
Experience managing the design process in capital projects within a global corporate setting
Experience developing and managing global design guidelines
Champion sustainability, wellness and inclusivity in design
Subject matter expert in furniture specifications for the workplace
Strong vendor and program management skills
Strong technology skills in AutoCAD, BlueBeam, and InDesign
Collaborative leader and communicator
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design or similar field; Master’s degree preferred
Preferred professional certifications include RA/AIA, NCIDQ, LEED AP, and PMP
