Key responsibilities & impact

Architect and operate end-to-end production AI systems
Develop production-grade cloud-native environments optimized for AI/ML model training
Establish and evangelize engineering standards for AI services
Design scalable inference pipelines
Build agentic systems with multi-step reasoning
Apply advanced prompt engineering to deliver reliable LLM-powered features
Build solutions on Databricks and AWS
Embed data lineage, access controls, audit trails, and responsible AI practices into systems
Partner with product, business, and data teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of professional software engineering
Strong proficiency in Python
Experience building and operating production ML systems end-to-end
Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Databricks
Experience integrating GenAI and LLMs using advanced prompt engineering
Experience developing APIs (REST and streaming endpoints)
Strong ML fundamentals
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
Experience with data handling, including data cleaning, feature engineering, preprocessing, and exploratory data analysis
