About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Represent Capital’s Institutional Investment Services to the largest institutional corporate and public defined benefit and defined contribution plans
Facilitate prospecting for opportunities and opportunity maintenance throughout the sales cycle
Support early‑stage relationship development within a defined subset of prospects
Create and maintain meaningful relationships through targeted outreach and follow-up engagement
Partner with Business Development Managers (BDMs) on strategy, messaging, and prioritization
Conduct effective meetings with external and internal contacts as needed
Present strategies to clients and prospects and coordinate all sales opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
Financial services industry experience is highly desired
Series 7 and 66 license or willingness to obtain within the first 90 days
Ability to gather and synthesize information from multiple sources
Strong project management skills
Ability to influence various personalities
Used Salesforce or similar tools
