About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver risk oversight of AI including data and model-related risks
Oversee, review and assess risks against Capital Group’s AI Risk Management Framework
Work closely with partners to implement the AI RMF
Proactively identify and escalate risks and recommend enhancements
Prepare risk reporting for governance forums and senior leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

Expertise in AI-specific risk management principles
Strong working knowledge of Agentic/Gen AI/ML fundamentals
Familiarity with risk and model evaluation, AI security landscape
Experience assessing risks related to model performance, bias, explainability
A Bachelor's degree in AI, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly desirable
Active and relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA
