Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and influence enterprise and solution architecture strategy for GBS technologies in close partnership with business and technology leaders
Integrate business strategy, current technology portfolios, and external industry trends into target‑state architectures and multi‑year roadmaps for GBS capabilities and applications
Provide architecture leadership for complex, strategic GBS initiatives
Facilitate design and decision‑making workshops
Develop and communicate clear architectural narratives and business cases for alignment and informed decision‑making

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience
10+ years of experience in architecture, technology strategy, or complex solution delivery
Broad expertise across applications, integration, data, security, and cloud/platform technologies
Strong stakeholder management skills
Comfort operating in ambiguity
Proven track record of translating complex needs into clear, actionable architectures
Experience enabling AI capabilities responsibly within enterprise governance frameworks
Experience leading teams directly and/or through strong matrix leadership models
Strong understanding of architectural principles, standards, and governance frameworks in a global setting
