About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Shape a clear AI product vision and strategy for lines of business
Establish success metrics tied to realized business value
Manage discovery, experimentation, MVP delivery, and scale-out
Translate ambiguous business problems into product hypotheses and roadmaps
Work closely with engineering, data science, UX, architecture, and risk partners
Drive adoption of enterprise AI tools
Apply strong working knowledge of modern AI concepts to product decisions
Act as a trusted product partner to business, technology, information security, and legal/compliance leaders
Mentor other product managers and help raise the overall bar for product thinking

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years in product management, design, strategy, or tech roles
A proven ability to think strategically and execute tactically
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a track record of influencing without authority
Strong AI fluency; understanding of modern AI systems
Experience mentoring others and raising the quality of product practice
Strategic mindset; ability to align initiatives with corporate goals
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and data analytics
Data-driven mindset, focusing on measuring impact and optimizing performance
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degrees a plus
