Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a team responsible for delivering and operating critical productivity platforms
Ensure platforms are secure by default, highly reliable, compliant, and optimized for performance and cost
Evolve the platforms to support modern ways of working, including generative AI-powered productivity experiences
Mentor and grow engineering teams with a focus on innovation, automation, quality, and continuous improvement
Implement monitoring, alerting, configuration drift detection, and operational readiness processes
Enable financial reporting, cost visibility, and consumption analytics for budgeting transparency

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience working in Engineering technologies
5+ years leading teams
Deep experience designing and operating enterprise email and collaboration platforms
Deep expertise in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem including OneDrive, SharePoint, Viva Engage (Yammer), and Teams
Deep technical understanding of SMTP, TLS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and related protocols
Informed knowledge of generative AI concepts and their application to productivity scenarios
Proven experience as an engineering manager leading a team of engineers
