About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and evolve our Internal Developer Portal (IDP) as a first-class product for developers
Partner with Product Management to define the strategy, roadmap, and adoption of a centralized service catalog and self-service capabilities
Establish clear “Golden Paths” that enable teams to build, deploy, and operate software safely and efficiently
Act as a key connector between platform engineering, architecture, security, and application teams
Lead and grow a team of Platform Engineers, investing in their coaching, technical excellence, and career development

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in engineering roles
5+ years leading and developing engineering teams
Strong understanding of modern software delivery practices, including CI/CD and GitOps
Familiar with Internal Developer Portal ecosystem and tools such as Backstage, Port, or Cortex
Experience managing and developing teams across multiple locations and time zones
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
