About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support preparation of internal and external IT audits, regulatory requests, and compliance questionnaires
- Gather evidence and coordinate with technical teams and Legal, Compliance, and Finance stakeholders
- Compile complete audit packages
- Contribute to regulatory gap assessments
- Document findings and help draft remediation plans with owners and deadlines
- Support reviews of IT policies, standards, and procedures
- Support control documentation and monitoring within the GRC platform
- Help coordinate actions and evidence for PCI DSS and ISO 27001 certification maintenance
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years in IT compliance, IT audit, or IT governance
- Hands-on experience with gap assessments and supporting remediation plans
- Knowledge of at least one of DORA, PCI DSS, SOC 2, NIST, or similar frameworks
- Ability to handle day-to-day compliance tasks independently and escalate complex or ambiguous issues appropriately
- Good communication skills and ability to explain regulatory requirements to technical teams
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in FinTech, banking, or another regulated industry is a strong plus
- Experience with a GRC platform such as Vanta is a strong plus
