About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the bridge between business and technology responsible for analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and defining scalable solutions to enhance reconciliation frameworks and system design globally.
- Support the design, coordination, and delivery of key system and process enhancements rather than day-to-day operational management.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience as a **Business Analyst in Fintech, preferably CFD, stocks, or crypto operations.**
- Proven experience in business process design, requirements documentation, and system implementation within financial services.
- Strong understanding of financial products, reconciliation processes, and data integrity controls.
- Experience collaborating with technology teams to define data flows, integration logic, and functional specifications.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, SQL, and data visualization tools(e.g.Tableau).
- Nice to have
- Experience in global or multi-entity system rollouts.
- Familiarity with card issuing platforms and settlement processes.
- Understanding of crypto operations, blockchain data reconciliation, and related systems.
- Previous experience on Duco reconciliation software.
