About the role
- Plan, execute, and complete multiple technology projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Oversee project tracking, team coordination, and delivery of engineering and infrastructure initiatives.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies; act proactively to resolve blockers and resource contentions.
- Lead stakeholder communication by providing transparent and structured updates on objectives, timelines, risks, and critical issues.
- Drive collaboration across cross-functional technical and business teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment of priorities.
- Manage and document changes in project scope, schedule, and budget using standardized change control practices.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date project documentation (plans, risks, decisions, retrospectives).
- Champion continuous improvement in project execution, workflow, and communication processes within the tech organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management
- Technical background (e.g., software development, systems engineering, or cloud architecture).
- Proven experience in managing multiple concurrent tech projects with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent risk and dependency management skills; ability to foresee blockers and proactively resolve them.
- Experience in using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate technical complexity into business context.
- Experience managing change control and scope negotiation in agile environments.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare high-quality project documentation and stakeholder updates.
