About the role

  • Provides technical support to the Plan's end user community
  • Assists in product use, problem resolution, installation of hardware and software
  • Provides support in areas of monitoring and maintaining systems
  • Develops and maintains automation of processes and procedures
  • Trains staff and familiarizes them on how to use computer hardware and software systems

Requirements

  • 5 years’ work experience in desktop computing support environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of desktop software applications
  • Technical understanding and 1 year work experience with Microsoft Windows sysprep
  • Technical understanding and 1 year work experience administering Windows Group Policy (GPO)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or two years post high school education
  • Experience in configuration, setup, testing, and deployment of desktop hardware
