Lead initial implementation of Salesforce and MuleSoft platform working closely with third party integration partner.
Ensure platform strategy, architecture, quality releases and production stability.
Act as a senior technical advisor, partnering with business and IT leaders to deliver business value.
Maintain, administer and implement enhancements post initial launch.
Ensure platforms meet security, regulatory and audit requirements, including access controls and data protection.
Drive operational excellence including support models, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, Information Technology or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and technical leadership.
Strong experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or complex Sales/Service Cloud environments
Minimum 3 years of experience in MuleSoft with integrations including Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).
Deep understanding of Salesforce security and data models, MuleSoft API design and integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, JSON, XML.
Experience working in regulated or financial services environments.
Strong communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.
Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and release management for Salesforce and MuleSoft.
Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer II, Integration Architecture Designer, etc.)
MuleSoft Certifications (Developer or Integration Architect)
Ability to travel as required.
