About the role
- Owns the email channel across Capital Bank’s enterprise marketing organization.
- Responsible for planning, building, deploying, and optimizing email campaigns.
- Work closely with line-of-business marketing teams to understand campaign goals.
- Develops the email strategy, builds the campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, schedules and deploys communications.
- Monitors performance and continuously improves through data-driven optimization.
- Manages the enterprise email calendar and serves as the internal subject matter expert.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM marketing, or digital campaign management.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns in enterprise email platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar systems.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, campaign targeting, and email performance optimization.
- Experience analyzing campaign performance and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Familiarity with email deliverability standards and consent management practices.
- Experience working in financial services, fintech, or other regulated industries is preferred.
