About the role

  • Owns the email channel across Capital Bank’s enterprise marketing organization.
  • Responsible for planning, building, deploying, and optimizing email campaigns.
  • Works closely with marketing teams to understand campaign goals and develop email strategy.
  • Manage email communications that support multiple lines of business.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting and insights to stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary operator and subject matter expert for Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM marketing, or digital campaign management.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns in enterprise email platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar systems.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, campaign targeting, and email performance optimization.
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance and identifying optimization opportunities.
  • Familiarity with email deliverability standards and consent management practices.
  • Experience working in financial services, fintech, or other regulated industries is preferred.
