Develop reports, dashboards, and workforce insights
Validate outputs, perform spot checks, sense-check results, and independently verify calculations
Own data quality through validation, testing, reconciliation, and quality assurance of reporting outputs
Maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
Translate stakeholder requests into analytical requirements and actionable insights
Produce regular and ad-hoc analysis
Identify anomalies and verify results using alternative methodologies
Work with HR, business leaders, and stakeholders to provide data-driven recommendations
Support automation and continuous improvement of People reporting processes
Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience working within HR or People Analytics
Strong experience using Workday, including reporting and data extraction
Advanced Excel skills
Ability to work with large and complex datasets
Proven ability to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality
Experience translating business questions into analytical solutions
Strong stakeholder management skills
Ability to explain complex data in a simple, business-friendly way
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
