Customer Service Advisor – Weekends & Bank Holidays
CapitaCustomer Service Advisor handling inquiries for Capita Ireland during weekends and bank holidays. Providing assistance and building relationships with customers in a remote setting.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- handle customer enquiries, provide assistance during emergency situations
- ensure every caller receives a professional and positive experience
- answer calls in a polite and professional manner, escalating customer queries
- handle a number of customer queries via telephone
- ensure day-to-day service delivery targets are met
- build sustainable relationships of trust with customers, team members and clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience working in similar environment
- Being highly methodical with a thorough attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with all callers
- Having excellent organisational skills
- Having the ability to work to stringent customer service SLA’s and KPI’s
- Demonstrating confidence and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Showing excellent PC (including the Microsoft suite, most notably Excel) and data entry skills
- Bringing a proactive attitude with the ability and ambition to develop role in the future
