Digital Learning Account Manager
CapitaDigital Learning Account Manager role growing learning accounts by building client relationships and identifying opportunities. This home-based UK role requires an understanding of digital learning solutions.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify digital learning opportunities with existing and new customers that deliver value for clients and support revenue and margin growth
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, understanding their priorities and helping shape solutions that meet their learning needs
- Work closely with sales, proposition, pre-sales and delivery teams to develop high-quality digital learning and content solutions
- Create and manage account growth plans, maintaining a clear pipeline of opportunities from initial discussion through to successful close
- Use client feedback, market insight and performance data to inform account strategy and identify new ways to improve our offer
- Keep account, pipeline and governance information accurate, supporting strong decision-making and a professional client experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven sales experience in digital learning environment
- Experience building and managing relationships with a range of client stakeholders, including the ability to influence and challenge constructively
- A consultative approach, with the ability to diagnose learning needs and turn them into clear opportunities or briefs
- Strong commercial awareness, including the ability to assess scope, pricing and margin considerations
- Understanding of digital learning design and content solutions, with the ability to shape scalable learning propositions
- Experience working collaboratively across teams to coordinate inputs and deliver aligned outcomes
- Ability to manage pipeline activity and forecasting with a strong focus on data quality and visibility
