Finance Administrator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Issue and chase invoices for cases
- Manual calculations
- Complete administration duties in an accurate and effective manner in accordance with the daily schedule. To include emails and telephone enquiries.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring that each customer is happy with the service that they have received
- Work as part of a team to ensure service level agreements are adhered to
- Create and maintain consistent and accurate records
Requirements
What you’ll need- Administration experience in finance
- Excellent numeracy and data inputting skills
- Strong written communication skills being comfortable to chase and collect outstanding funds by e-mail
- Accuracy, attention to detail and quality management 'get it right first time'
- Strong communication skills and inbound call handling ability
- Experience in credit control
