About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Issue and chase invoices for cases
  • Manual calculations
  • Complete administration duties in an accurate and effective manner in accordance with the daily schedule. To include emails and telephone enquiries.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring that each customer is happy with the service that they have received
  • Work as part of a team to ensure service level agreements are adhered to
  • Create and maintain consistent and accurate records

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Administration experience in finance
  • Excellent numeracy and data inputting skills
  • Strong written communication skills being comfortable to chase and collect outstanding funds by e-mail
  • Accuracy, attention to detail and quality management 'get it right first time'
  • Strong communication skills and inbound call handling ability
  • Experience in credit control
