About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Resolve highly complex network faults
- Act as final point of escalation for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Line teams

- Provide training and support to Capita teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in network operations
- In-depth understanding of customer networks
- Experience with complex network issue resolution
- Ability to work with 3rd party suppliers for major incidents
- Knowledge of network performance improvement strategies
- Technical reviewer and approver for network changes
