About the role

- Handle queries across phone, email, webchat, and social channels
- Identify and support vulnerable customers with care and empathy
- Manage escalations professionally, ensuring accurate logging
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous customer service experience (social media experience advantageous)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to confidently use multiple systems simultaneously
- Strong listening skills and customer empathy
- Self-motivated with ownership of customer issues
