About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver exceptional customer support across phone, email, and chat, ensuring a smooth and positive experience

What you’ll need
  • Fluency in German at a minimum C1 level, enabling confident and professional customer interactions
  • Strong customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering excellent service
  • Solid IT skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficient in MS Office, supporting efficient and accurate daily work
