About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver exceptional customer support across phone, email, and chat, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
- Understand and resolve customer enquiries efficiently, providing clear and accurate solutions
- Guide customers on product features, billing, and technical queries in a confident and helpful manner
- Update and maintain system records accurately, ensuring all information is current and compliant
- Drive additional value by suggesting relevant add-ons and upgraded options that enhance the customer experience and meet evolving needs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluency in German at a minimum C1 level, enabling confident and professional customer interactions
- Strong customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering excellent service
- Solid IT skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in MS Office, supporting efficient and accurate daily work
