About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- provide services, delivering ongoing maintenance, operational support, and updates for the systems maintained within the three Salesforce client organizations
- ensure the successful implementation of system updates
- provide operational support, optimize system performance
- manage the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to maintain high-quality and efficient service delivery
- maintain integrations between Salesforce Orgs and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow
- conduct knowledge transfer activities to equip client staff with the necessary skills and expertise for continued operational success
- responsible for overseeing technical solution design, development leadership, integration strategy, and alignment with tasks and deliverables
- implement updates and provide ongoing maintenance with operational support including proactive system monitoring, performance tuning, user assistance, incident response within defined SLAs, regular health checks and documentation updates for existing applications
- implement system updates, including decisive bug fixes and performance optimizations
- lead and manage all phases of the SDLC from requirements gathering to deployment, rigorous testing, and post-deployment support
- maintain integration processes between Salesforce Orgs and external systems
- implement adaptive maintenance and apply security fixes to ensure compliance with security standards
- ensure all deliverables meet agreed-upon standards and best practices
- conduct thorough knowledge transfer activities for client staff and its designees
Requirements
What you’ll need- within the last ten (10) years, must have four (4) years of FTE experience in a technical lead or architect role, directly responsible for the design, development, and implementation of integrated IT solutions
- at least 5,000 users (internal and external users combined)
- at least 5 million data records
- multi-tier (n-tier) architecture
- high availability environments (e.g., clustering, load balancing)
- within the last ten (10) years, must have at least three (3) years of experience leading a team of at least five (5) FTE resources
- within the last ten (10) years, must have at least three (3) years FTE experience as a Salesforce application developer implementing solutions, including three (3) or more of the following:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components
- Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL)
- Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL)
- RESTful API development and integration
- Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- must possess a Bachelor’s Degree.
- additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
