About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • manage project timelines
  • act as a technical advisor for the design, deployment, and migration of systems across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments
  • bridge the gap between engineering teams and executive leadership, ensuring infrastructure remains secure, scalable, and high-performing
  • lead projects through all phases of the system development lifecycle (SDLC) using Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies
  • act as the Scrum Master, facilitating stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog grooming
  • lead the development of the IT technology portfolio and manage a cloud infrastructure capacity plan
  • facilitate requirements elicitation and present technical reports/recommendations to executives
  • review business needs to recommend and implement policy changes that ensure regulatory compliance and enforcement
  • coordinate the procurement of products/services and manage complex vendor contracts
  • direct the implementation and integration of enterprise networking, firewalls, and servers
  • evaluate complex business problems and project solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • minimum of five (5) years of increasingly responsible project management experience managing large scale enterprise information technology (IT) projects
  • three (3) years of experience in leading the design, build, and operation of highly consistent and scalable infrastructure on major platforms, with a strong preference for AWS
  • three (3) years of experience demonstrating a broad technical understanding of extended networking domains, virtualization, and hybrid cloud integrations
  • three (3) years of experience managing deployment, runtime, load balancing, autoscaling, and system performance tuning
  • three (3) years of project management experience supporting projects with cross-functional stakeholder groups across business and IT
  • three (3) years of experience with information and application security concepts, including public key encryption, remote access, access credentials, and certificate-based authentication
  • Possess a current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification issued by the Project Management Institute
