About the role
- Conduct planning, analysis, design and architecture activities
- Project management, systems and business analysis, system development/replacement, IT process change activities and testing
- Workload management, personnel/time/stakeholder management, operations support
- Document system rules and functional/non-functional requirements
- Collaborate with client Project Team on multi-phased projects to manage and oversee PAL or PDL activities
- Plan, identify, analyze, design and architect, document requirements and recommendations for business processes and systems impacted by legislative mandates and process improvements
- Provide subject matter expertise in industry standards, governance, enterprise architecture strategies, enterprise architecture planning, development and management
- Business process design and reengineering, decision support for solution architecture development/management, align business strategy with processes and IT strategy
Requirements
- Must possess a bachelor’s-level degree from a recognized college or university or qualifying experience substituted year-for-year
- If no degree, demonstrate a total of 9 years of experience to meet MQ #3 (minimum 5 years + 4 additional qualifying years)
- Within the last 10 years, minimum 5 years experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes (7+ preferred)
- Within the last 10 years, at least 3 years aligning IT systems in a lead capacity (5 preferred)
- Within the last 10 years, minimum 3 years progressively complex experience and intermediate-level skill in analysis, design, programming, and testing (5+ preferred)
- Within the last 10 years, minimum 2 years experience developing, testing or maintaining large management information applications (4+ preferred)
- Within the last 10 years, minimum 2 years experience working with Oracle databases including design, development, and tuning; requires deep understanding of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL and performance tuning (5+ preferred)
- Must be able to provide one end client reference from previous engagements within last 10 years (reference must be English-speaking and continental U.S. contact)
- Master's degree or doctorate is mentioned as additional qualification
