About the role
- Capio Group is looking for an experienced Business Solution Analyst to provide Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) support services for enhancements and improvements to the client healthcare program.
- Deliver centralized project management capabilities to oversee and strategically manage changes, risks, and issues across clients’ IT and non-IT project portfolios in collaboration with executive leadership.
- Enhance the maturity of project management practices across clients by defining, standardizing, and institutionalizing methodologies, tools, and training resources.
- Ensure that standardized project management methodologies, tools, and governance frameworks are applied uniformly across all client IT and non-IT projects.
- Collaborate with client programs to streamline business processes and maximize returns on IT and non-IT investments.
- Strengthen the project portfolio management (PPM) framework at the enterprise level by implementing best practices in portfolio prioritization based on strategic alignment and value.
- Lead the design and implementation of program-level project portfolio management structures, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and operational needs.
- Provide experienced project managers and business analysts to lead and support complex IT and non-IT projects of varying sizes and scopes.
- Develop and implement innovative, future-facing project solutions aligned with client’s growth strategies and long-term operational needs.
- Build and mature governance frameworks for both IT and non-IT projects.
Requirements
- Within the last ten (10) years, must have at least five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects.
- Within the last ten (10) years, at least three (3) years of applying analytical processes on IT Projects experience must have been in business systems analysis and design.
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
- A copy of the degree must be provided upon request.
- Must be able to provide a client/user end reference contact information for each applicable project meeting the requirements upon request. The reference contact must be a representative of the company for which the project was developed and have performed a management or supervisory role.
- Within the last ten (10) years, at least one (1) year of experience supporting the organization by streamlining business processes and achieving optimal value from investments.
- Within the last ten (10) years, at least one (1) year of experience working with data owners and system custodians to incentivize interoperability requirements of the Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA) seven conditions and standards for enhanced funding.
- Within the last ten (10) years, at least one (1) year of experience with CMS Certification goals and processes.
- Within the last ten (10) years, at least one (1) year of experience working on a Medicaid Program and with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) healthcare transactions.
- Within the last ten (10) years, at least one (1) year of experience working on IT or non-IT projects for the state that are federally funded.
