About the role
- support the Information Technology (IT) Department in the implementation of clients customer technology initiatives
- apply SAFe principles to organize work to deliver technology and enhance effective team performance
- support up to three of clients' agile teams
- lead scrum teams through all team ceremonies
- participate in quarterly program increment planning
- ensure delivery of high-quality technical solutions in accordance with clients policies and standards for technology development and change management
- participate across the Agile community in scrum or scrum ceremonies
- represent the status of efforts and health of the team
Requirements
- Must Possess a Scrum Master Certification
- minimum three (3) years’ experience as a Scrum Master using Scaled Agile Framework – SAFe
- minimum of two (2) years of experience identifying impediments and advocating for the resolution/mitigation of the impediments
- Must have served as a Scrum Master for a minimum of one (1) year to Agile teams
- minimum three (3) years of experience and knowledge working with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Must have experience in the ability to create and manage Agile team backlog, sprint plans, roadmaps and productivity reporting within the work management tools
- Must have experience in the ability to coordinate and link test cases and test results with development of user stories and tasks
- Must have experience in the ability to promote and support Agile principles and practices across the organization
- Must have experience in the ability to collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlogs and assist with user story refinement
- Must have experience in the ability to track and communicate team progress, metrics, and performance to stakeholders
- Must have experience in the ability to facilitate continuous improvement efforts and support team development and coaching
- Must have experience in the ability to coordinate with other Scrum Masters and Agile coaches to foster organizational Agile maturity
- Must have experience in the ability to assist in risk identification and mitigation throughout the project lifecycle
