About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform basic to intermediate security reviews and identify high-risk gaps in security architecture.
  • Develop security risk management plans.
  • Identify, assess, document, and articulate emerging or complex data security and data privacy risks.
  • Recommend innovative countermeasures and controls for data security and privacy risks.
  • Coordinate and manage customer services end-to-end.
  • Interface with senior leaders of Global Shared Services teams while ensuring consistent service levels.
  • Advise data owners, data custodians, and senior leadership on security best practices and policies.
  • Assess threats and vulnerabilities of computer systems and develop security risk profiles.
  • Lead evidence gathering for security compliance reviews, assessments, and cybersecurity incidents.
  • Report and resolve high-risk security violations and incidents.
  • Conduct third-party data security risk assessments, project security assessments, business risk assessments, and security testing.
  • Liaise between technical and non-technical departments and manage vendor and contractor relationships.
  • Participate in cyber program and project audits.
  • Track audit findings and recommendations to ensure mitigation actions are taken.
  • Identify security requirements for IT systems throughout the system life cycle.
  • Validate data collected for security reporting.
  • Communicate the value of IT security throughout the organization.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1+ year of professional experience in IT Security or Information Security Risk consulting, or comparable knowledge/expertise in the field.
  • Understanding of SSO, MFA, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, or SCIM.
  • Exposure to IAM platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, Auth0, or Ping Identity.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CIPP, or equivalent certification preferred upon hire.
