About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job posting, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, managing offers, and overseeing the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Talent Sourcing & Networking: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and passive candidate outreach, to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements, qualifications, and team culture. Advise on recruitment strategies and best practices to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Candidate Screening & Interviews: Conduct in-depth candidate assessments through phone interviews, behavioral interviews, and technical interviews where applicable, to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Offer Management & Negotiation: Present job offers to candidates and manage the negotiation process, ensuring both the candidate and hiring manager are satisfied with the terms.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rates, and candidate quality. Use data to provide actionable insights and improve recruitment strategies.
  • Talent Pool Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a strong talent pool is ready for future hiring needs.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Support the company’s diversity and inclusion initiatives by ensuring a fair, equitable, and inclusive recruitment process.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within the recruitment process and work to streamline and enhance efficiency. Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the best recruitment practices are in place.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter or in a similar role
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 level)
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or similar, and recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques, and candidate assessment.
