About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develops and manages the strategic roadmap for enterprise sales applications and platforms, ensuring alignment with broader business growth, profitability, operational effectiveness, and customer experience objectives.
  • Leads agile feature delivery by supporting program planning, feature intake, prioritization, sequencing, and cross-functional dependency management to maximize delivery velocity and business value.
  • Directs a team of Product Owners and delivery partners across multiple agile teams, ensuring work is aligned to strategic priorities, clearly scoped, and delivered with measurable outcomes.
  • Drives improvements in digital sales performance through data-informed experimentation, user experience optimization, process simplification, and reduction of customer friction across relevant products and sales journeys.
  • Owns the roadmap for sales enablement and follow-up capabilities, including lead management, customer communication, scheduling, routing, and related workflow functionality across sales channels.
  • Translates complex business needs from cross-functional stakeholders into clearly scoped features with benefit statements, acceptance criteria, delivery timelines, and measurable success criteria.
  • Analyzes sales performance, customer journey, operational, and platform data to identify high-impact opportunities and present recommendations to senior leadership for investment and prioritization decisions.
  • Manages relationships with enterprise technology teams, delivery partners, vendors, and platform stakeholders to support timely feature releases while maintaining quality, stability, and operational readiness.
  • Influences resource allocation and capacity planning, including workforce planning, partner support, and budget stewardship for incremental development investments.
  • Builds, coaches, and develops Product Owners and Agile Product Managers, fostering a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, disciplined execution, and business-outcome orientation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7-10 years of progressive experience required in digital product delivery, agile software development, or platform management within an insurance, financial services, e-commerce, or related digital sales environment.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering functionality across sales, customer-facing, or operational platforms preferred.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience required, with experience managing Product Owners
  • Full English Fluency

  • Possesses a high degree of initiative and business acumen
  • Agile / Safe practices
  • Strong analytical skills.
