About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and implement AI voice agent capabilities, including conversational logic and backend integrations.
  • Drive integration across Cisco, GECX, and AI components to enable seamless voice interactions.
  • Build and maintain Node.js APIs and real-time workflows.
  • Implement dialog flows with session/state management and observability.
  • Collaborate with architects and teams on implementation design.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.

Requirements

  • Node.js backend development (APIs, microservices)
  • System integration across distributed, real-time systems
  • Cisco contact center platforms and telephony fundamentals
  • CX platforms (GECX / Genesys or similar)
