About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and manage a well-groomed, outcome-driven product backlog aligned to business strategy.
  • Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria tied to measurable outcomes.
  • Partner closely with engineering teams to balance speed, quality, and sustainability.
  • Prioritize features and manage dependencies to optimize delivery and business value.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and stakeholder alignment activities.
  • Monitor product progress, mitigate risks, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Use quantitative data and analytics to drive product decisions, prioritization, and tradeoffs.
  • Improve digital customer experiences and conversion flows, including quote-to-bind and self-service journeys.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, Product Managers, and development teams.
  • Support demos, testing, iteration planning, and release execution.
  • Mentor junior Product Owners and contribute to Agile best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience working as a Product Owner in Agile / SAFe / Scrum environments.
  • Experience improving digital customer journeys and online conversion flows.
  • Background working with product analytics, experimentation, and backlog management.
  • Familiarity with regulated environments is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Fluent English required.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to use data to drive decisions and prioritization.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience balancing business needs, customer experience, and technical constraints.
  • Experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics.
  • Experimentation & A/B Testing tools.
  • Design & collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, and Lucid.
