About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the end-to-end hiring process, including creating requisitions and offer letters.
- Initiate and follow up on background checks.
- Ensure new hires receive necessary equipment.
- Schedule candidate interviews and coordinate logistics.
- Assist in creating and managing job postings.
- Provide customer service to candidates and respond to inquiries.
- Support Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in a corporate environment.
- Previous recruiting and/or HR experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to support processes and follow up on tasks effectively.
