  • **The Team**
  • The team operates in a SAFe Agile environment, leveraging Rally for planning and tracking. We collaborate with both onshore and offshore developers and testers to deliver high-quality solutions. The Product Owner plays a key role in supporting prioritization of work efforts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • **The Role**
  • As a **Product Owner I **you will support the Specialty brand by driving delivery in a SAFe Agile environment. Key responsibilities include:
  • - Manage and prioritize the team backlog using Rally, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • - Collaborate closely with onshore and offshore developers and testers.
  • - Facilitate clear communication between business and technical teams.
  • - Participate in PI planning and other Agile ceremonies.
  • - Deliver measurable business value, managing dependencies, and supporting continuous improvement across work efforts.

Requirements

  • - Preferred bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration or related areas
  • - Insurance industry experience required
  • - 2+ years of similar experience within an agile environment
  • - Technical understanding of software development, with the ability to work closely with engineering teams (hands-on development experience or academic background is a plus)
  • - Fluency in English
