About the role

  • - Support SS&P leadership with research and analytics aligned to sourcing and procurement initiatives.
  • - Generate ad-hoc reports, analyze spend and market data, and present key insights to SS&P and operational stakeholders.
  • - Assist in assembling sourcing documentation, including requirement gathering, vendor response consolidation, and execution of sourcing processes for low-to-mid complexity assignments.
  • - Facilitate contractual review and execute documentation for low complexity transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. laws and regulatory frameworks.
  • - Coordinate completion of agreements such as MSAs, NDAs, Amendments, SOWs, and Work Orders.
  • - Manage multiple sourcing and contracting efforts simultaneously, following approved procurement processes.
  • - Apply industry-standard negotiation practices, including developing negotiation plans.
  • - Build and maintain strong relationships with operational stakeholders.
  • - Demonstrate problem-solving, analytical thinking, and effective communication throughout all activities.

Requirements

  • - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • - Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or purchasing (2 years required; 4–6 years preferred).
  • - Fluent English
  • - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • - Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
  • - Entry-level project management skills.
  • - Ability to interpret legal terminology and contract clauses
  • - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Entry Level).
  • - Familiarity with procurement tools such as Coupa, PowerBI, and Quickbase (Entry Level).
  • - Ability to generate reports and perform data analysis.
  • - Experience managing end-to-end sourcing processes
  • - Knowledge of negotiation best practices and risk mitigation strategies
