About the role
- Generate and provide data for one-time or recurring requests for reports or analysis, communicating available data and delivery date.
- Extract from master system and manipulate data as request by leaders.
- Format data for business use in Excel, Power BI, or similar format.
- Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports accurately and on schedule.
- Manage employee rosters.
- Provide business updates, data analysis, and basic technical assistance to support overall strategic, business and operational planning, performance measurement, monitoring and reporting.
- Create PPT presentations.
- Acquire and apply foundational knowledge of the business
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Business Operations, Data Analysis or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in a business related field
- Fluency in English
- Insurance background (nice to have)
- Advanced Excel
- Power Bi (nice to have)
